- Please visit www.irs.gov and select Where's my Refund? under the Refunds menu option to check the status of your refund.
- Your tax preparer does not have access to the status of your refund after your return has been e-filed and accepted by the IRS.
- Your information may not appear on the IRS website until 36 hours after your return has been e-filed and accepted.
- The IRS recommends waiting three weeks for your refund to be processed. After 3 weeks, you are able to call the IRS and speak to a representative about your refund. Paper-filed returns will take longer.

Our firm utilizes a secure online portal for all communication between you and your accountant. To ensure your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information, we strongly encourage all clients to utilize our secure online portal when submitting tax documents, bank statements, and all private documents and information.
